Frequently asked questions
How does pricing work for a coaching center?
You pick a seat tier: $98/month for 5 students, $299/month for 20 students, or $999/month for 100 students. It's one flat monthly price per tier regardless of how many seats you fill, so empty seats cost you nothing extra and per-student cost falls as you scale (down to about $9.99 a student on the 100-seat plan).
Can I add students in bulk?
Yes. Upload a CSV of student emails and the system buckets them into valid, duplicate, and invalid rows, then emails an invite to each valid student. If your CSV has more students than available seats, you'll be prompted to upgrade first — nothing is silently dropped.
What if a student already has their own 1600.lol account?
They're still added to your roster and their access becomes coach-managed. Their personal subscription is never touched or refunded automatically, and if you ever remove them they fall back to their own plan if they have one.
Can two of our tutors share the same students?
Yes. A student can be on more than one coach's roster at the same time, and keeps access as long as at least one active plan covers them.
What happens if a payment fails?
There's a 5-day grace period. Students keep full access through the grace window while you update billing, and you'll get an email and a dashboard banner. Students are never told a payment was missed — they only see neutral messaging.
Can we scale up mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrading from 5 to 20 to 100 seats takes effect immediately, your roster stays intact, and billing is prorated. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your billing cycle so no student loses access early.
